Too spaced out...seems like you just edited one of the earth structure decks instead of buying three of them and mixing and matching the best cards.

I'll assume your meta isn't as harsh as everyone else's...or you just play casual...so no real criticism. brb with a list.

You remind me of someone I said goodbye to a long time ago.

Starting With a Simple Build based off of buying three of the earth structure decks. Basic strategy is to get out Exxod and hold down the field while flip summoning every turn for burn damage.:

Tribute Monsters:
3 Exxod, Master of The Guard
3 Criosphinx

Non-Tribute Monsters:
3 Giant rat
3 Moai Interceptor Cannons
3 Sand Moth
3 Guardian Statue
3 Medusa Worm
2 Golem Sentry

Spells:
3 Hammer Shot
3 Magical Mallet
1 Brain Control
1 Mystial Space Typhoon
1 Swords of Revealing Light

Traps:
3 Waboku
3 Magic Drain
2 Ultimate Offering

now, looking at what you have listed in your deck, I would suggest something slightly more aggressive like so. I'll try to keep this to what would expected to be a new player's budget (~50 bucks)

The amount of asterisks next to a card will = the amount you need to get according to this list.

Tribute Monsters:
3 Exxod, Master of the Guard**(buy 2 more earth decks)
3 Criosphinx**(see exxod)

Non-Tribute Monsters:
3 Giant Rat**(see exxod)
3 Sand Moth**(see exxod)
2 Great Spirit**(see exxod)
1 Sangan (shouldn't be too hard to come across)

Spells:
3 Hammer Shot***(buy 3 earth structure decks)

It's not "good" but, then again, Exxod was never really a "good" card and earth was never really a viable type of deck after warriors got their best searcher, Reinforcement of the Army, hit with a restriction.
