My younger cousins are growing up and my older cousin is already married and is about to have a baby in the next two months. I want change.

My goal: A healthy weight around 160 pounds.
I don't want to lose weight too fast because that's bad on the body.
1-2lbs a week. I'm going to try and aim for that weight goal.
Please feel free to encourage me through this. I do have self-esteem problems with myself and this will be a hard challenge for me. Also feel free to add tips and cooking recipes too.
