Indeed, we are hosting a miniature guild contest that will put your fashion designing skills to use: an Alice in (Winter) Wonderland tektek avatar competition! The game is simple, and I have a feeling all or most of us have played it before: Create a dream avatar using www.tektek.org that fits both a Wonderland and wintry theme.
R U L E S
Yes, we must have them, but they are simple and easy to follow.
~All entries must be submitted between Dec. 10 and Dec. 31, 2009. That's right-- this is only a three week contest, so get those entries in pronto! Please post them inside this thread only!~
~No entry should exceed 500,000 gold in value. We all know that the better-designed items tend to be a bit more pricey, but the point is to be creative, not to flaunt our expensive taste. XD Please provide the pricing information with your entry so we can verify the cost!~
~All entries must be recognizable characters from Alice in Wonderland, set in appropriate winter or holiday attire and settings. If you feel your character might be hard to recognize, please provide an explanation with your entry.~
~You may enter as many times as you like, but only one of your entries may win a prize.~
~In dealing with Evolving Items, TekTek likes to pick a random generation, and as we know the prices differ between each. Prices of evolving items will be checked and the least expensive one will be counted for the entry to avoid unfair overpricing.~
~Be kind to everyone within the contest thread! We love nice people! (: Meanness will just be... well, mean.~
~Please, please, please no begging! I beg of you! (Oh, wait. Oops...) But seriously, this is a contest, and you've got to do a little work to get the nummy prizes. No begging the captain or crew for gold or items!~
Judging will take place within the first few days of January, and winners will be announced shortly thereafter.
