That when someone watches you eat, you feel like its a sin. Like their eyes seem to be telling you that you are fat you dont need that food. Wether its at home or out eating somewhere.
Doesnt matter who its with. When they watch you, you feel like you are committing a sin...does anyone else feel that way?

I DO! I hate it! If I lose all the weight I want, I think I'll be able to eat however much of whatever I want in front of people without feeling bad about it, though! xd Of course, I couldn't do that too often, or I'd gain it all back...

I know exactly what you mean. It's awful that because of what we look like, we have to feel horrible for eating. EVERYONE needs to eat. It's that feeling that they are sitting there judging you.
But I myself have been trying to put that out of my mind, since it contributes to low self-esteem and therefore hinders progress. 3nodding

Yeah, me too.
If I'm eating junk it's "why are you eating junk" and if I'm eating healthy it's "well of course you're eating salad"

I didn't have that particular experience, but sometimes I feel embarrassed eating in public or in front of my friends if I'm the only one, especially if it's stuff like chocolate or if my portion is bigger than theirs.
