Two baby's born on the same night in the same place merely minutes apart. In the castle of the land of Valance in the castle two boys breathed their first breaths. One of royalty the other of a peasant. That night their destiny's became intertwined never to break. Their mothers had decided them to be play mates and they would have grown up together, had the events that happened that night not happened.

An undercover siege was laid to the castle that night. Pirates looking for the King's new born son invaded. They grabbed a new born and fled. Only to realize as they made their getaway that they had grabbed the wrong child. The captain in his anger walked to the edge of the ship threatening to drop the newborn into the perilous waters below. However at a moments hesitation he realized the worth of the child. He knew the child would have been very close to the prince and knew that as the prince grew older his mother would tell him of the young boy before him.

From then on one boy lived the life of luxury and comfort, while the other led a life of danger and adventure. Assumed to be apart forever but destiny just could not leave them alone.

One day a ship appeared on the horizon of the kingdom of Valance but ventured no further. Under the distraction of the mysterious ship, the king of the pirates and his successor slipped into the kingdom looking for the queen. The previous King of pirates is friends with the queen, seeking out refuge from his own people seeing as he was about to be replaced. The queen when they finally find her has a condition realizing who the new King of Pirates is.

Okay the story will start in the dungeon where the previous King of Pirates has been captured and put. The prince (your character) who is hunting down the King of pirates comes down to interrogate the pirate about the Aidan. Aidan will be brought in soon after with the appearance hes been captured but his identity will not be revealed immediately.

Name: Aidan
Age: 19

Bio: Aidan has lived with pirates and those affliated with pirates his whole life. As such he thinks royalty are high strung people who know nothing about the real world. At the age of five before he begun his stay on a pirates ship he was shot in the chest. The bullet still remains lodged halfway into one of his lungs. This causes him issues from time to time. Because of being shot he is actually gun shy to a great point.
Personality: Has an extreme dislike for guns so much so that he does not even allow them on his ship. Hes very stubborn and hates being given orders or his orders being disobeyed. He loves however to humiliate royalty.

Name Pronunciation: Louie Robe-Es-Pierre

Age: 19

Personality: Louis has a tendency to be, not only extremely vain, but a bit of a spoiled brat. He has always gotten his way with very little effort, and likes it that way. Normally, he's not easy to anger and is rather laid back. Many of criticized him as even being lazy. He's fearless and naive, stubborn as well, and many fault him for trusting too easily.

Likes: The Prince enjoys things of great beauty... usually in his bed. However, he does enjoy tea, reading, and birds. Louis would rather remain indoors, and finds rainy days to be his favorite type of day. He also has an incredibly sweet tooth.

Dislikes: Louis hates cats, people who think they know more than him, and also anyone who challenges him. He hates the sun, dislikes salty foods, and has no interest in sports.

History: When Prince Louis was a child, apparently the boy of similar age next to his crib, was spirited away by pirates. His mother, the Queen of Valance, told him that story as a child, in an effort to try and rein in his bratty tempers, telling him that he would be 'abducted if he behaved so badly'. Of course, Louis never believed her and he grew up as a spoiled prince who believed the world, and the court of Valance, revolved around himself. Louis was taught by the brightest and best tutors in the land, so he has quite an extensive education, but always tired of his studies and was want to find his mind wandering in a dream-like haze. His parents thought he was a bit 'touched' but Louis proved, despite his day-dreaming side, that he could be reliable... if given the right incentive. As he grew older, Louis developed a taste for beautiful people, male or female, in his bed. It is a closely guarded secret of the palace however, that Louis has such nocturnal habits. When in bed with a woman, Louis leads every time, but when in bed with a man... well... Louis gladly relents to the power of his seducer.

SSU: Seke. Seme when with women, Seke when with men. If in the presence of a stronger man (or a better seducer) he will automatically be Uke.

Other: Louis' nightly escapades, especially when bringing a man to bed, have caused him quite a few problems since Louis, in such a situation, relents to the power of his seducer. This has proven quite troublesome for the royal family, since once, Louis was actually held hostage under the demand that the seducer's younger brother be freed from prison on the charge of theft. Obviously the royal family complied and Louis was released... but that hardly stopped him from calling another lover to bed before the week was over.

Appearance: The Prince is tall and slender, standing at about 5ft 11in, with a lithe build. He has piercing golden eyes that match his long golden hair. Said hair is usually twisted into a braid that hangs over his right shoulder, but his hair has also been known to be worn freely.

"Your highness, your highness!" yelled a servant running into the dinning hall where the prince sat eating. "We've caught a pirate, hes down in the dungeons sir."

Larc sighed as he sat in his cell. He knew the prince or some guard would be down any minute to 'interrogate' him. He hadn't quite meant to get caught as he was searching the palace for the queen it had just sort of happened. However there was no thought of how angry his companion would be when he finally arrived in the dungeon. After all Larc had told the boy just a quick in and out and then he could go back to the ship. So much for that plan it seemed.

Louis Robespierre yawned, his golden gaze staring in boredom out the grandiose windows of the dinning hall.
It was sunny outside... which meant the Prince of Valance would be probably spend most of the day cooped up inside of his chambers, reading with semi-drawn windows.
'How I hate sunny days...' the eighteen year old prince thought to himself before turning his eyes down at the soup which sat before him.
It had gone cold.
Knowing this, Louis dropped his spoon into the dish, making a soft clinking sound. He set the napkin in his lap, on the tabletop, and moved to stand.
When a servant ran into the dining hall and took a knee.
Hearing the man out, Louis sighed and flipped his long blond braid back behind him, standing and walking past the servant.
"Escort me there." Louis ordered, his voice betraying how he really didn't want to go interrogate any prisoners today.
'At least it's dark in the dungeon.' he thought, trying to make some attempt at being interested.

Larc looked up as he heard footsteps descending the stairs of the dungeon. Larc was quite surprised to see the prince of the kingdom descending the stairs. "I see I am graced with the pleasure to meet the prince." Larc said smirking. "To what do I owe the pleasure your majesty?" Larc questioned the man.

One thin eyebrow arched as Louis laid eyes on this... man, this pirate.
In truth, he didn't know anything about him other than the fact that he had been on the Valance Wanted list for quite some time.
"I would like to know the answer to that myself." Louis spoke as he stopped in front of the cell. "However, it seems I am the only one available to... attend to this matter."
His golden eyes held obvious disdain for the pirate, and the less than wonderful condition of the man's clothes.
"You were caught inside the Palace walls. Tell me, Pirate... who are you and what business did you have in my home?" the prince asked, his voice a mixture of haughty snobbish criticism... and something else.
Something that simply demanded an answer.

"Ah then I see I am not at the grace or your pleasure my apologies your highness." Larc said smiling softly. "I was traveling through your home looking for your mother. I had somethings to talk with her about. Perhaps you would permit me too talk with her." Larc questioned.

"My mother is occupied." Louis spoke, nodding to a nearby guard.
Said guard carefully unlocked the door and allowed the prince inside, though he kept a hand on his firearm, just in case.
Walking forward, Louis' white boots made a click-click sound as he entered the cell. He looked around for a moment, taking in his surroundings, before focusing an intense golden stare at the pirate.
"If you wish to speak with my mother... you may." he smirked. "But you will do so through me."
The prince acted disinterested as he flicked a piece of dust from the long sleeve of his light green jacket.
"Think of me as her messenger."

"Ah but how do I know I can trust you, I have never known a prince to keep his word especially with a pirate. Besides your going to want to meet whos about to be brought in." Larc said. Within the next 30 seconds the door to the dungeon opened and yells and obscenities echoed through the room. "You are not going to get away with this. Bloody hell put me down!" Aidan yelled as he was carried into the dungeon cell right next to Larc's.

"You know if you keep yelling like that your going to work your lungs to the point of killing yourself." Larc said above Aidan's yelling. Aidan stopped struggling against her captors for a moment and looked at Larc. An angry look passed onto his face.

"YOU!" he hissed. "YOU KNOW I OUGHT TO KILL YOU, YOU b*****d. HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE GETTING CAUGHT!" Aidan yelled.

"I could say the same for you." Larc said grinning. There was a pause for a moment as Aidan was locked in the cell. Then suddenly the two burst into laughter like it was some kind of joke.

The moment that yelling started, Louis had to resist the urge to put a hand on the back of his neck.
That screeching voice gave him goosebumps... and not in a good way.
He winced, holding his forehead with one hand in a gesture of exasperation.
"Would you please keep the prisoner quiet? I am trying to..." but before Louis could finish his sentence, Aiden had calmed down.
"Now..." the prince continued, looking at Larc again. "I'm not a liar nor am I a very patient man. If you want to say something to my mother than I suggest that you..."
Of course he was interrupted... again... but both men, the younger seeming to be a pirate as well, especially since they apparently knew one another, burst into laughter.
Louis bristled at being ignored.
The prince turned, grabbed the nearest guard's pistol straight from the man's hip, and aimed the gun directly in Larc's face.
He cocked back the trigger, his own expression revealing just how annoyed he was.
"Tell me the message for my mother so I can gladly get out of this sticking hell hole." the prince spoke, his voice betraying a bitingly cold edge to it. "It is either that, sir... or I blow your head off. Take your pick."

Aidan stopped laughing as the gun was pulled and pointed towards Larc. His eyes narrowed and his body grew stiff. "I wouldn't dare do that if I were you royal. Shoot him and i'll have the entirety of the pirates in all seven seas on you in days." Aida growled. His voice held anger and threats keeping out what fear he felt at the weapon being pointed at Larc.

Strangely cunning golden eyes locked on Aiden. "Then you should advise him to deliver his message." Louis spoke, not putting the gun down at all. "I have better things to do that play mail man to a couple of pirates."
In truth, Louis wouldn't have normally gotten this annoyed.
Granted he had already been in a bad mood to begin with... then there was this interrogation... and the screeching accomplice...
The prince was getting a headache and it was hardly past noon.

"He wants to talk to your queen and he will talk to no one but her, trust me I tried to get him to send a letter but nooo he had to talk to her in person." Aidan said sarcastically looking over to Larc with a bit of irritation as he tried to ignore the gun.

"Now come on Aidan don't deny that you want to see your place of birth." Larc said smirking.

"Not at this price you crazy old fart." Aidan growled.

"Born in the palace? Hardly." Louis replied, giving Aiden a skeptical look over.
In truth, the kid looked younger than he himself was, which meant that Louis would obviously remember anyone being born within the walls.
And he remembered every servant's child... mainly because they were more fun to order around than the adults.
"Tell me exactly what it is you WANT to speak with my mother about, and perhaps I will consider asking her down here." the prince replied, still keeping the gun cocked and aimed at Larc's forehead. "I would rather not bother her with some tiresome conversation if it can be avoided."

(((OOC: So... I was in the hospital Sat and Sun. Mon I was recovering at home. Tues I was afraid I had another kidney stone (why I had to go to the hospital). Wed I somehow got minor food poisoning so I was sick again. At least I feel pretty much fine today... except my arm still hurts from an IV of liquids, pain medicine, and phenigrin (nausea medicine that burns like hell)... But yeah, I'm back now! Yay!)))

(Oh i'm sorry all that stuff happened that sucks. I hate hospitals but I hate being sick too. Well I hope you get completely better quickly.)

Larc smirked at Louis' disbelief in the fact that Aidan had been born in the palace. "Surely your mother must have told you stories about the boy born on the same night as you and how he was stolen away by pirates." Larc said. Aidan rolled his eyes, he had heard this story one too many times. "I wish to speak with your mother about a possible form of peace between this kingdom and the King of Pirates." Larc continued.
