I wasn't sure where to post about this. I hope this
location is fine.

Blue Forest is an annual ball fundraiser that I run. It has helped bring in
funds for two years now, and I'm getting ready to open it again for the 8th
annual ball.

So my main point for this thread isn't only to inform everyone. But also to
ask permission from the fundraiseing team to begin Blue Forest a new.

I have a few idea's on what to do for this year's. I'll post them in do time. I have other HUGE posts to make as well. >.<'

Though one Idea I have is too have Blue Forest to have a Goal of Raising 5 Mil all by itself. That way It gives people a large Goal to work towards. and if everything goes perfect for the Blue Forest and the fund raising Committee. We'll have well over 5 mil. >.>'

Alright now. Here's a basic List of Ideas I have for this
year's Blue Forest. Feel free to comment or add anything.

First, like I said before. Our Goal for Blue Forest will be 5 mil.

Second, I want to add something new to this year's forest. Badges They
will made and given out to people who donate Gold to Blue Forest. It can
work like this...

Donates over....

1,000 Gold Gets a Green Donater Badge.

10,000 Gold Gets a Blue Donater Badge.

100,000 Gold Get's a Gold Donater's Badge.

500,000 Gold Get's a White Donater's Badge.

1,000,000 Gold Get's a Black Donater's Badge.

Or something like that. And we can show off the Badges in the Thread for
people to see. Meaning that if someone get's a Badge, that Badge is
added to our Thread to showcase it.

What do you guys think?

We can even go father, and give people little goals to finish in order to get
little buttons added to their badges. For example...

Bumps Badge.

Get the Green Button at first Bump.
Get the Bronze Button after 20 Bumps.
Get the Sliver Button after 50 Bumps.
Get the Gold Button after 100 Bumps.
Get the White Button after 500 Bumps.
Get the Black Button after 1000 Bumps.

Letters Badge.

Get the Bronze Button after first Donation Letter/Item Donated.
Get the Sliver Button after the 5th.
Get the Gold Button after the 10th.
Get the White Button after the 20th.
Get the Black Button after the 35th.

Advertising Badge.

Get Buttons after getting a banner placed in different types of Threads.

Bronze for the first banner placed.
Sliver for the 5th banner placed.
Gold for the 10th Banner placed.
White for the 25th Banner placed.
Black for the 50th banner placed.

Of course those are just off the top of my head, and I can see the letters
one and the Advertising one having a lot of problems. But you get the Idea
right?

So how does it sound?

Wow. Just wow. I think this is a very interesting concept. I can see how It can work with like membership cards or soemthing, you know that little card that says the persons name.

And a way to get the badges to work would be to have an area for the main donating badge, and then the mini areas for the buttons.

If you get what I am thinking.

Hmmm I think I'd have to see what it looks like before I honestly say anything else. For some reason my mind doesn't want to picture it.

The way I picture it was, hurhur, pokemon trainer cards and how it showed the badges at the bottom of it.

lol you made me spit out my coffee with the reference to pokemon.(thinks cartoon) i think the characters have fancy boxes to carry the badges XD

lol ya can have a badge for collecting the most badges <_< unless that was already said. not too sure too lazy to go look. are there any badges drafted yet?

hurhur. I meant the games. You go and check out your badges on the game and it gives your character image the badges and a list of your team of pokemon. COME ON i was a 90s baby dont judge me D:< xD
