well i usually let others o 1st but since not much is going on i'll give you a quick one to get started
1st off i immediately noticed that the character is very flat looking. i'd highly recommend practicing forms vs. shapes. its one of the skills that is kind of hard to master because we're tying to create the illusion of 3-d space on a 2-d plane.
2nd thing i noticed is the shadows are very ...confusing. there are some in places they don;t belong and not where they do belong.. i think this is easily solved with a little more forethought.
i noticed that shes supposed to be a doll or marionette but her anatomy isn't very realistic. especially the face the jaw and only of her arms is slightly longer then the other.
other then that i like the piece. the background is nice and its obviously a work of love. there is a lot of details in it.

Interesting concept. Nice effort on the figure.
The lighting combined with background makes it rather disorientating. I think you should start off by defining a primary light source before working on the weaker glows on her hands and neck. Also don't forget to include the backlighting effects from the background and how that interacts with the figure.
