Rules

Ahoy, general Rules
arrow Mules and mains’s point totals will be combined so long as user has posted in the list your mules sticky.
arrow You can only guess one letter at a time
arrow You can not guess another letter until Me have updated and stated whether your pre'ious letter guess is correct
arrow phrase guesses can be made at any time
arrow Spellin' counts [ this is key because some phrases don’t use con'entional spellin'- not mightily bad spellin', but spellin' suitable for pirates]
arrow thar is no penalty for wrong letter guesses outside o' gettin' closer t' a hanged man
arrow after all 17 pieces o' the hangman be up, the round ends.

Point rules
exclaim Each correct letter guessed be 1 point
exclaim Each correct phrase guessed be 10 points + 3 points for every blank
exclaim Each incorrect phrase guessed (spelling counts) be –5 points

Gold and prizes explained
exclaim Each letter is assigned a value
exclaim Each correct letter guessed will grant that value o' gold for e'ery space (if thar be 3 spaces with the letter guessed, the guesser will get three times the value)
exclaim The one with the most points [see point rules] will get Pirate Sando’s Vest
exclaim The one with the most correct letter guesses will get Scurvy The Rubber Ducky
exclaim The one with the most correct phrase guesses will get all items left o'er from the needy pirate gi'eaway
exclaim T' guess the phrase, use the quote code so I know ye be guessing and not just yappin'
exclaim All prizes will be gi'en out at the end o' the e'ent or after all rounds be completed; whiche'er comes first (thar be 12 possible rounds though I doubt we will get through them all) Gar, Where can I find a bottle o'rum?
