Gathering-------September

Kindlestar padded easily into the Gathering site, her Clan close behind. She turned around and noticed one of the apprentices, Dawnpaw, looking around proudly, his tail held high and his chest puffed out. She rolled her eyes slightly and went to the base of the tree to wait for the other leaders.

Dawnpaw sat down next to Rabbitpaw, waiting for the other Clans to get there.

"They sure like taking their time don't they?" he sneered, his tail giving a flick.

Firesong twitched her ear in amusement at dawnpaw. "you have no idea Dawn-y."  

[Kitsune Thistletree]

Dawnpaw purred at the medicine cat and fluffed out his fur.

"Bet they are just afraid of us," he mewed loudly, as though if challenging the other Clans to come out.

Kindlestar glanced from a distance and flicked her tail. She padded over to them and sat next to them.

"Now now, it is not fair to make fun of the other Clans," she mewed as sternly as she could, a glint of amusement in her eyes.

Firesong purred. It seemed that everybody was getting back to normal. She was still worried about the other clans though. She hadn't seen Snowclans' medicine cat in a long time, and Moonclan's medicine cat had only been at the last gathering. She needed to find out what was going on.

((can weems , teh moonclan, coom in yet? or do we gotta wait for patchy?))

Cloudyheart padded toward Dawnpaw & Rabbitpaw and sat down, her ear twitching as if she was looking for somebody.

Kindlestar looked up and saw the gray tabby queen's look. "Are you all right, Cloudyheart?" she asked her, wondering if she was all right, especially seeing as how she was pregnant.

"Oh, Dawnpaw. Yes I am." replied Cloudyheart, cooly.

 

[Kitsune Thistletree]

Kindlestar gave Cloudyheart a confused look and exchanged glances with a bewildered Dawnpaw.

"Are you sure?" Kindlestar pressed again, standing up.

"Yes, I'm sure." meowed Cloudyheart, her eyes gleaming with fear. "I must not reveal my secret." thought Cloudyheart, licking her paw.

 

[Kitsune Thistletree]

Kindlestar nodded and sat down. "Just don't push yourself," she mewed kindly, looking up at the moon.

Firesong eyed the she-cat worriedly. She definitely was straining herself by being here.

Cloudyheart nodded and became slient.

Dawnpaw made a point of yawning loudly and smacking his lips.

"StarClan will come padding down from Silverpelt before the other Clans even notice the full moon," he mewed lazily, throwing himself on the grass, pretending to sun himself.
