Anybody watch Dexter? What do you guys think about the characters and Dexter himself?

I recently got into Dexter. I've seen the whole first season, on demand, and now I'm almost done the second season.
I love Dexter. His internal struggle to just hide his darker side from those around him always seem to back fail on him. But overall I think he's a cool guy. His sister Debra seems to annoy me a little bit.

I really like Dexter, and am horribly addicted to it. And I like what they did with Dexter, the Tv character compared to the Dexter in the books. The Dexter in the books was very very dark and sociopathic . which I think would have made the show unbearable if they had kept him that way in the tv show, so I'm glad they toned that down.

Dexter is a badass. I love both the book version and the television version. Michael C. Hall is perfect for the role.
