who hates sad endings?

i dont know about anyone else but im totally against these yaoi's that end with death. winter cascade and ai no kusabi ended terribly and i hated it!
who else hates these completely depressing endings? you cant say im the only one

I'm similar in the way that I like my happy endings. Even if the characters left behind move on in the end. If the character that dies is one that I'm particularly attached to, then there's always this 'what if' in the back of my mind. And generally, I remain upset for days after the story ends.

Nevertheless, It seems the stories with the not-so-happy endings are usually the best ones, so I get attached to them anyway. ( T__T )

I think this type of discussion is best suited for the chatterbox. The Pocky Shop is meant for discussion of particular series,works, "tropes", or themes. A discussion about angst/gloom etc. would be a better fit for the Pocky Shop, since it's more open to different discussions rather than just being about whether you like or dislike sad endings.
