You can contact Gaia the gaia staff at the bottom of your screen, it will say contact us.Then tell them information and you should get it back.

well yeah, me too, the hacker took off ma magical gurl and ma rare stuffz plus my 30k gold... and im gonna trace it but itz profile is not available to public/.. hate those... he really got it bya trade.. jst saw him haveing ma stuff, and his wearing it stressed

Happened to 3 of my accounts as well. Mattgasm, Saint Mihael, and Hitachiin Varu.
I reported all of them. They told me I couldn't have Mattgasm or Hitachiin back, and they never responded to my Saint Mihael report.
