Just a question in for the people in general... And there goes it.

Since the average working man spends more than half his life working and sleeping, how are you earning or planning to earn your life?

Well, I would like to try my hand at several things. Working in a flower shop, a book store, being a translator, working for different organizations like big brothers big sisters, those things. I would like to go to Japan and maybe be an English teacher there for a while.... also, since I love art (my focus is in drawing, will be taking drawing three next semester) I would like to try to have a showing at some point in my life, and try to get my art on display.... I also design and hand sew alot of things (which I'm actually very good at), so maybe make alot of things and sell them or show my designs and see if I can sell them to different designers.

In short: I want to try alot of things during my lifetime (including maybe trying my hand at being a tattoo artist, or helping with missionary work or peace corps, like one of my friend's is doing as soon as she gets out of high school.... she is my beloved hippie friend =D )

Also, however.... I would like to, once married and once I feel I've done everything I wish to do in life and that I have lived for myself enough, become a stay-at-home foster parent, and try to be a good person in the lives of children who have had bad experiences, and to try to show them some love and a good, safe place they could call home.

I'm planning on working the poor artist's life by waitressing and trying to find work as a stage actress. But I've also found owning a private practice appealling. I'd like to one day open a small business specializing in massage therapy and aromatherapy.

Dude, I know how it goes. I've only been in the working force for three years. Out of the 5 jobs I've had, 4 were full time.
I've made 18,000 in these three years, and not a dime to show for it.

-sigh- I wish I could get a job where I'm paid to simply be me, but alas, there's no high demand for I.

I plan on being a therapist and running my own practice, but once I retire I plan on travelling, seeing the beauty of the world. also, while I'm working I plan on staying with my arts. I am a writer, as well as a writer. (Yes, I said that twice. I am an author and also a graffiti artist), and an actor.

I will only go to Korea to hone my Starcraft skills.
Other than that, I shouldn't teach anyone the English language. I may be able to type rather well, but my verbal skills are somewhat...lacking at best.
I'm not meant to use English as my mother tongue.

Same here. I start talking, and I stutter and skip on words and can't get my thoughts together. For some reason it just comes out far better written down than when I (try to) verbally communicate it. Most of the time anyway....

I'm going to take over the world.
Simple.
xd

In all actuality, I don't know. I have a lot of options, but astrophysics and clothing design are very appealing.

I've always wanted to learn another language and be able to communicate with others so I'm learning American Sign Language and becoming an interpreter in a school and doing freelance work.

In the long run, I'd like to get into costuming.

However, in the present, as an unemployed teen, I would settle for either a book store, or a fabric shop.

Right now I take phone orders at Pizza Hut. Later on in August I hope to be a writing tutor, and after college I want to be a pharmacist.

The latter hopefully will keep me going while I work on selling my works.
