Yup, I've just created a topic for making your own cards you want to come to life in the YUGIOH game later!!
You can make anything, but HERE'S the layout for cards--
depending on what type of monster it is, cover the card in that colored font like so:
Normal Monster
Effect Monster
Fusion Monster
Ritual Monster

Name of monster
ATTRIBUTE
LEVEL #
(picture if any)
[type/ritual/fusion/union/effect]
(effect, if any)
(if not effect, write description)
ATK/
DEF/
(c)-insert your name here-

As for the other cards...
Spell Cards
Trap Cards
Smbols:
+: equip
8: continuous
*: ritual
!: Quick-Play
#: Field
@: counter

Formula:
Name of S/T
Smbol(as above)
(picture if any)
Effect of card
(c)-insert your name here-

and when you see a card that's too "broken", which means far too powerful and would get banned the moment it was made, you're free to correct any user, but just don't flame!
and have fun!

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru.

D.D. Reaper
Dark
LEVEL # 4

[Zombie/effect]
Any effect that targets a Zombie type monster in the grave can also target a Zombie type monster removed from play.
ATK/ 1380
DEF/ 1930
(c) Pheso

It would allow Zombie Master to work with Caius.

there's a tool for generating cards here if you want to use it. I used it to make these:

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.
in case you can't read it:
Fox Fire+Fox Fire+Fox Fire
This card can only be special summoned from your fusion deck when the above cards are face up and destroyed as a result of battle and sent to your graveyard in the same turn. You do not use polymorph. This creature can attack your opponents lifepoints directly. You take no battle damage from a battle involving this card. During the end phase of a turn when this face-up creature was sent to the graveyard as a result of battle, you may special summon it to the field.

again, in case the print is too small:
3-tailed Fox+3-tailed Fox+3-tailed Fox
This card can only be special summoned from your fusion deck when the above cards are face up and destroyed as a result of battle and sent to your graveyard in the same turn. You do not use polymorph. This creature can attack your opponents lifepoints directly. You take no battle damage from a battle involving this card. During the end phase of a turn when this face-up creature was sent to the graveyard, special summon it to the field.

Those cards are win, but it'd be hard as hell to base a deck around them unless you use reckless to get three fox fires out and ram them into a strong monster repeatedly for three turns <.<

not so hard actually, I had a combo in my deck for a while that often would have let me summon 3-tails.

First, you need UFO turtles (duh) to grab foxes, then you use spirit barrier for the ramming, and you're set. My combo was foxes+spirit barrier+ backfire... you ram the foxes for 500 damage per fox per backfire per turn... it's a little clunky (which is why I took it out of the deck) but it works more than you would expect. (and, of course, cat of ill omen helps with the finding of traps) I had people shifting 2500+ attack monsters into defense mode in fear of little 300 atk foxes!

Kyubi would, of course, be limited to 1 per deck.

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru.

With a card with such steep summoning conditions, there would be no need to limit it to one per deck.

Just add that "You can only summon one 3-Tailed Fox/ Kyubi no Kitsune per turn."

alright, "only 1 Kyubi can be on the field at one time" but they never die unless removed from play or bounced, so what's the point? It would be crazy to have allow more than one kyubi on the field I think... though... well, it IS hard enough t get out...

Technically, that still lets you swarm the field with 3-tailed foxes on the turn you suicide your foxes into things. Hence my part of only being able to summon one per turn, while still being allowed to have three on the field.

Epitaph - Corbenik, The Rebirth
**********
Dark/ Warrior/ Effect
Atk/4500
Def/4500
This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by tributing three face-up monsters on your side of the field. There can only be one "Epitaph - Corbenik, The Rebirth" on the field at a time. When this card comes into play, place one AIDA counter (max 1) on it. If this card would be removed from the field, remove an AIDA counter from it instead. If this card would be sent to the graveyard, you can pay 7000 life points and remove this card from play instead to have both players unite their respective cards on the field, in their hands, in their Graveyards, and their removed from play cards (except this card) with their respective Decks and shuffle them. Then both players draw 5 cards from their shuffled Decks.

Dark/ Warrior/ Effect
Atk/2500
Def/3000
This card can be treated as 3 Tributes for the Special Summon of "Epitaph - Corbenik, The Rebirth." This card's effect can only be activated during Main Phase 1.You can discard 2 cards to roll a 6 sided die and remove a number of monsters your opponent controls from play equal to or less than the number rolled. If the result is 6, remove all monsters your opponent controls from play and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the total def of all monsters removed. If you activate this effect, you cannot conduct your next 2 battle phase.

Alright, on Ovan, I'm going to assume that is's a 2-tribute monster. If that's the case then I would seriously suggest saying that it cannot be special summoned. Also, change discard cards to 'send cards from your hand to the graveyard' (dark world abuse prevention) or, better yet, make the cost to sacrifice a monster of like level 5 or higher to activate it, and say that you can only activate this effect on a turn when you would normally have a battle phase.

anyway, I edited my cards a bit:

after reading your comment i changed the wording for the removal ability. the way i had it worded did seem like it had no cost but now it should be worded better. btw, darkworld monsters will not get their effects if discarded for a cost. as for when you can use the effect. if you were to use the effect even when you couldn't conduct a battle phase, it would simply extend the number of battle phases you could not attack. similar to how the effect of reckless greed's draw skips do.
[example] ex turn 1: player activates Ovan's effect.
ex turn 2: player cannot attack this turn but uses the effect again
ex turn 3: player decides not to use the effect but still cannot
attack until next turn

not quite, you skip 2 battle phases, so the first turn you lost your battle phase this turn and the next one. next turn, you use it again, you only lose ONE battle phase (the one for the third turn), because you already didn't have one this turn from using the effect last turn. Also, you never answered how many tributes it would take to normal summon Ovan.
