Max always knew he was different, and so did his parents. His mother was too over protective to realize that he actually might be different from the other boys. And his father, well, his father tried to man him up. But in the end, Max was still different. He liked boys and his parents just ignored it, saying that he was just going through a phase.



Caleb knew he was different, and so did everyone else of his kind. Vampires feared him, humans worshipped him, and well, he was just looking for someone to call his. Yes, he craved blood, but he also craved love. Something that wasn't really given to him in all his years of vapirism. He liked boys, and not just for their blood.

Caleb sighed to himself as he stared up at the night sky through his black hair. It felt good to be outside, especially away from all the smuthering back at the mansion. He leaned against the brick wall, outside of Fiona's Cafe, letting the night summer breeze blow past him.

Max was skateboarding outside. He opened his phone and saw it was his mom telling him to come home. He just shrugged and put his phone back in his pocket. He went up to Fiona's Cafe and noticed a boy outside of it. "Wow, he's cute" He whispered to himself, just kind of deciding to walk by.

Caleb smirked as he heard the whisper of a boy that had just passed by. "Your pretty cute yourself." He said softly, the smile on his face growing. He made sure that he didn't smile too much, so not to give away his little secret. Though, he made sure that he spoke loud enough for the boy to hear.

Max's eyes widened once he heard the boy reply. "Oh I uhh..I'm Max." He said with a really nervous grin. "Can I maybe buy you a drink from somewhere or something?" He words just kind of spilling out.

The smile stayed on his face, and a slight blush spread across his cheeks. "Sure." He said softy as he pushed his weight off of the wall. He had to admit, the boy was really cute.

Max smiled and blushed, looking him straight in the face. "Okay. Uhh how about this Cafe here?" He asked sweetly

"Sounds great." Caleb said, taking a step closer to the boy. He pulled his hands out of his pocket and continued to smile. "I'm Caleb, by the way." He said, realizing that thge boy had already said his name.
