i have tendonitis in my forearms, which i originally thought was carpal tunnel but its not and when i workout my arms it puts a lot of pressure on my tedons which causes a lot of pain, pushups and weight lifting especially. does anyone have any upper body workouts that don't put too much pressure on your tendons?

Open handed body resistance work outs like dance and some martial arts can work out your upper body without hurting your tendinitis.
