I've been keeping a food log for maaany months now; after a while I switched over and typed it down as Notes in my phone.
Now it's caught up to me and I am two months behind in putting any of this down.
Should I just log random days physically, onto the paper; such as once or twice a month? And keep the phone notes, but delete them a couple days after?
My eating habits have drastically improved and they have been helping me to keep track of what I need to fix but only at the end of the day.
