Police failed to capture him and has warned nearby guilds to keep a look out! They say the killer is 5'4 White haired, has a scar on the left of his face and was dressed in red
Police also say that the killer is probably unstable and is most likely still carrying a weapon
If you see the killer call the local police department immediatly!
Don't be a hero and try to reason with him!
