It's fairly simple:
Go to Wikipedia and search for a Random Article.
This is your band's name.
Now use the Wikipedia Random Quote generator. Got to the bottom of the page. The last four or five words of the last quote on the page are what you're after.
This is your album name.
Finally, go to Flickr and bring up the latest pictures. The third picture is your album art.
Put it all together in your image editor of choice and post the finished result here!
