>.<, darn it. T__T Guys, I need help. I keep eating when I'm bored and depressed(which I have been a lot lately). I try not to, but I still keep doing it. Last time I weighed myself was a week and a half ago, so I weighed my self today, and I weighed about ten pounds more. T____T I can't seem to stop myself from eating when bored and/or depressed. >.<, I'm pathetic.

I have the same problem. I've been journaling and trying to solve the things that make me depressed. It's hard. It's REALLY hard. But try doing something after meals so that you don't have time to get extra helpings or sit around and eat more.

This will sound silly but it helps me.
Drink 16 oz of water with your meal. One glass before and one after. (you do this for lunch and dinner, wa~la you've had the recommended 64oz)
Another is brushing your teeth after meal. It is the oldest trick in the book, but you know what it really works. Especially if you floss, because you'll be reaching for more food and think, oh man that means i have to brush again. Screw that!
Hoped this help to some degree. heart
