hello i am jenny my weight loss goal is 50 pounds 4laugh im abot 5ft6 tall and weigh 220 lbs ahhhhhhhhh eek i have a sturdy build and have a hard time sticking to my diet. i did lose 30 popunds when i was on the swim team this year and am about to start the spring musical. are there and suggestions for my goal. I am unable to run laps though since a broke my leg last year, but i can swim and dance.

You're my height with my first start weight (I did stupid things and gained back all that I lost and more)

Join the swim team again. Best form of exercise, and when you're on a team, and you're having fun getting your exercise, and you're not alone, and people are counting on you. You're much more likely to stick with it and succeed. Back in the day when I was on a whole range of teams (swim, syncro, diving, waterpolo...) I was able to eat a bag of french fries a day and was still in incredible shape. I miss those days. crying

I think that relying on an active lifestyle is a really bad thing. Because it just means that if you get hurt or can't exercise you're going to gain back a lot of weight.
Diets are not the best either because they end, and what happens when they end?
