Just google emulator's, but you probably won't find one you can play online with, and if you do it'll only be against other people with the same emulator.

I'd heard there were no PSP emulators available... then again, I also heard it uses the same, or nearly the same, BIOS as the PSX, so I don't know.
I mean, EMULATING GAMES IS WRONG DON'T DO IT EVER IT MIGHT SOMEHOW IMPACT THE BOTTOM LINE OF A COMPANY THAT WOULD NOT GO TO THE WALL FOR YOU EITHER.
