Weight Loss Goals~
2 Pounds a week. I will be updating weekly. Every Friday.
Reaching my goal should take about 35-40 weeks or about 9-10 months.
When I update every Friday, I will list what I've eaten for every day of the week, exercise I've done for every day of the week, current weight and weight change.
Bi-weekly I will take measurements. Monthly I will take a picture.
