This was at the beginning of fall but it's pretty close.


Beginning Measurements~

Waist: 54
Hips: 51
Neck: 14 1/2
Bust: 45
R. Thigh: 33
L. Thigh: 32 1/2
R. Bicep: 14 1/2
L. Bicep: 14 1/2

Beginning Weight~ 250

Current Weight~ 242

Weight Loss~ 8 pounds


Weight Loss Goals~

2 Pounds a week. I will be updating weekly. Every Friday.

Reaching my goal should take about 35-40 weeks or about 9-10 months.

When I update every Friday, I will list what I've eaten for every day of the week, exercise I've done for every day of the week, current weight and weight change.
Bi-weekly I will take measurements. Monthly I will take a picture.

Friday~

2- 100 calorie packs
1/2 Red Baron Pizza
20 Oz. Coke


Exercise- Slacked off today


Totaling around 1400 calories


Saturday~

Pack of Ramen Noodles
16 Oz. 7-up


Totaling- 580 calories

Exercise- Slacked off again today.

Note: The lack of food today was not intentional, I slept most of the day.


Sunday~


2 twix cookies - 240 calories
2 cans diet pepsi
Cornbread with 1 tablespoon butter
3 bites scrambled egg
2 1/2 mini biscuits

Exercise- Danced to musica. Fun



Monday


Lg. French Fry ~ Steak N' Shake------bad, very bad. must do exercise tonight.

1/4 Red Baron Pizza



Tuesday~


BK Hashbrowns
Half order of Cini-minis
30 Oz Coke
Homemade Macoroni & Cheese


Wednesday~

Fried Potatoes
Homemade Macaroni & Cheese
Green Beans
Chocolate


Thursday~

Exercise= Turbo Jam

Ice Cream

Fried Potatoes
Ramen Noodles

I don't know what the "pointless" is referring to... but you already proved to yourself that your efforts are not pointless, you have proof with 8lbs gone. It's really hard, but in the end, even if it takes two years, three years... you'll see the point when you reach your goal size. Just remember that.

for your weight you need to be eating around 1,400 to 1,700 calories a day. Anything lower and your body is gonna go into starvation lower. Any higher and you will gain.

I've noticed a lot of starch in your diet, potatoes, ramen, but not a lot of vegitables.

You need 3 servings of veggies a day. 1 serving is a cup of raw veggies or 1/2 a cup of cooked veggies.

With out them you wont get the necessary fiber to help regulate your digestion.
