Well, hello there. My name is Meghan and I am seventeen years old. I have been overweight since I 'became a woman' when I was 9 on Christmas morning. Yes, it was a somewhat crappy Christmas. But either way, I as of this moment I weight 196.
This isn't the beginning of my story, however. My weightloss journey began back in April '08 when I was at my heaviest at 240. From April until August I lost 40 pounds. From then until now I have kinda stalled on my weightloss. But that's okay. I have mantained my weight within a ten pound range so hey, I'm happy.
But now, I'm ready to sweat and work my butt off, literally. I'm hoping to post here daily or at least every other day. I'll probably list the foods I've eaten including calories, how much I've worked out and my curent weight. That way I can keep myself motivated. :]
