When you come to know what to eat, stay away from and what kind of excersizes you can do.
Gender: Female. Height: 5'11" Age: 14 Weight: 233 lbs.
I don't look like I am 233 lbs. I look around 160 lbs.
I am large built. Bones are large, everything. Large. xD It's my body-type. I am not tiny and petite, never will be, I am built for heavy duty-work. I have size 10-11 feet and I'm damn proud of who I am.
I want to tone up my arms, thighs, and tummy. That's all I really want to tone. I want to eat right, and be well.
I don't know what to stay away from!
I like to eat chocolate, and cookies. ._. I love veggies and everything, but I have a bit of a sweet tooth.
;_;
I would also like to know, what kind of excersizes can you do, without having equipment, or spending money?
Currently right now, i've started to do 30 crunches a night, 20 sit-ups, and for starters 5 push-ups, and that number will increase to 10, very soon.
Starting tommorow, I am going speed-walking. And if the weights room is open after school, I am going there as well.
I am going away in 5 months on a school trip, and i DESPERATLY want a flat stomach!
crying
Hellllp!

When I have a craving for sweets, I eat an orange along with fat-free cool whip. Only 15 calories per tablespoon (pretty sure,) and it tastes like a creamsicle.

Wow, your starting weight and mine are the exact same, you're also afflicted with the weight vs appearance thing. I'll bet you're very strong.
For me, my problem will never be what I'm eating, it's the portions I eat it in. How much.
Someone I know once tried for a month eating half only half of her meals, like. anything she took, She ate half, slowly. And she lost a lot of weight. I don't like wasting food so I'm trying to cut down on my portions and not eat when I'm full.
Do you have a bike? Walking is one of the best things you can do for yourself. It's good to do that. So good on you,
Calisthenics, the crunches and sit ups, are good for toning, and muscle mass is very important for weight loss. So you're doing well for the weight room too.
I find, that though I have a lot of muscle and am very strong, it's not efficient muscle. I get cramps all the time and have strained/tight muscles. It's not fun and I don't like it. So I've been trying to make my muscles more efficient through use.
Walking is a weight bearing exercise, and is good for your bone density, muscle structure and for weight loss. Biking is good cardio but not a weight bearing exercise. So you can take your pick.
The most important thing is that you can't expect instant results. Sustainable results are slower, and that's what you want.
So watch your portions, and keep at it.

Goodness you're tall. x3 Sounds like your off to a great start keep it up. Just try to limit your goodies and eat healthier foods during meal times. Like swapping chips for celery to make up for a tiny bit of the needless calories from the sweets. Balance it out a bit and you should be set. You say your trying to tone up not drop a ton of weight so take it slow with the diet and pick it up with done resulting exercises. n.n
