I'm still thinking of how I'm going to make it happen.. xp

so I'm just going to write here a few ideas..

First off, I'll be without alcohol for the whole january.
I've been drinking a lot in the past year, and I want to cut it...
and hopefully lose some of that extra weight too.

then I'm thinking of quitting everything unhealthy like
my favorite snacks, chips and candy, popcorn, soda.. sweatdrop

if anyone has any ideas or tips feel free to share 3nodding

Starting Stats:

weight: 136lbs
shirt size: 10 or 12
pants size: 10 or 12

measurements:

bust:37.8 in
waist:30.3 in
tummy:37.8 in
hips:40.9 in


Stats Now:

weight: ~121lbs
shirt size: XS/S/M
pants size: 6-8

current measurements:
bust:35.4 inches
waist:26 inches!
tummy:33.9 inches!
hips:34.6inches!

well I was able to not to drink this weekend, even though we had friends over razz sure, it helped that one of them didn't drink either.. xp

and I haven't eaten any snacks this week. heart

I've been using SparkPeople.coms' Meal Planner
to count my calories, but it seems like I don't get enough
calories a day... O.o I'm not sure if the calculations are
correct since it doesn't contain all the foods I eat..
but I'm pretty sure it's almost the right numbers.

but according to it I'm only eating 400 to 800calories a day..
I DO eat only ONE hot meal a day, and mostly sandwiches
for "fillers" sweatdrop
+ some coffee and atleast 1 fruit a day.

I'm confused. I might have lost a few pounds or something now since new year,
but I'm not sure since my scale sucks. :3

my starting weight was 136lbs and I think I'm now 132lbs or 127lbs.. or somewhere inbetween >.>

I didn't get much if any sleep at all last night,
and I had 8 hours of work (standing up or walking all day).
I only had a short break to eat so I ate a bread and a tangerine..
then I came home and was too tired to go and shop some food,
so I just ate more bread sweatdrop that's my dinner today..
I went to sleep after 8pm but I woke up 11pm...

I'm so tired and sore, this has been a worst day in a looooong time.

oh my god my back is killing me! I don't know how the hell I'm
going to be able to endure 5 weeks of this sort of pain for my back!
again I'm about to cry when I get home.

anyway.. I measured myself yesterday, I've lost a few cms!

gah yet again I lost another top! crying One of my favorite tops doesn't
fit me because my boobs are so big! sad no fair.

I want to lose this extra weight quickly so I can get my cute little boobs
back and be able to wear my favorite tops again!
Nothing looks good with my belly bump, love handles and ridicilous C-cups.

I lost all my shirts too >_<

The worst part is I've gained stretch marks on my arms but I can't wear sleeves because my arms are too big. XD

I think I'm seeing some results smile
I don't know if it's just a feeling, but I think that my
love handles have reduced a little bit! I'm so happy ^^

also I haven't slipped on any snacking (:

YAY! It's SO good for you to always eat breakfast, anytime there's a study done, it reflects that people with weight problems, don't eat breakfast. So yay!

yeah I actually felt hungry this morning! rofl
I guess my body is now more used to eating breakfast (though I feel that a bit of a gag in my throat still).

and awsome news: I CAN FIT INTO MY OLD JEANS NOW! well atleast one
pair, I didn't try the others yet ^^

Now if only my boobs and tummy would start to reduce a bit.. xp

** correction : I can fit into ALL of my old jeans now ^^ yei!
oh by the way they are size 6-8 (:
