First off, I'll be without alcohol for the whole january.
I've been drinking a lot in the past year, and I want to cut it...
and hopefully lose some of that extra weight too.
then I'm thinking of quitting everything unhealthy like
my favorite snacks, chips and candy, popcorn, soda.. sweatdrop
if anyone has any ideas or tips feel free to share 3nodding
