The New Season of Biggest Loser starts on January 6th, and I propose a contest, 15 pounds by the time the shows over. Eating healthy, doing exersice, and a great support group for all of us. We can post our weight lost each week, like in the show. It'll be fun. Why do the contestants be the only ones losing?

That sounds like a great challenge! How many weeks does the show run? (not familiar with TV programs! sweatdrop )

That's a good idea... I have to find out when it's on, Looks like tuesdays at eight, I can *totally* make time for that. Should that be the post weight day?
I'll confess I love watching weight shows, if only because it keeps me motivated.
I also really like watching the biggest looser because I'm heavy enough that I see someone with my weight on the show inevitably.
