What sort of relationship will Konami have with 4kids and the developers of the Yu-Gi-Oh anime?
[We will continue to have the same close relationship with all of the Yu-Gi-Oh! partners as in the past. This decision will not impact our relationship with YGO partners.]
We are keeping 4Kids! crying
An no, we aren't getting a CCG, japanese cards are still a no. It seems not much will change but we can expect more or atleast different video games, etc and slightly different tournaments.

I suspect Konami will handle all YGO aspects quite well. They are the curators of the card game and hopefully a high tech company will allow for virtual duel disks like the ones used in the show. That would be cool!

Anyway UDE won the fight it seems so there won't be any changs for a while atleast.

news from 4kids this morning on Ch. 5 states that 4kids TV is going off the air, and all their shows will be moved to Ch. 11 or CW11....
