The Story Line...
In The Year 2013, The World Is Being Run By Vampires Called "The Order".They Sell Humans And Keep Them As Slaves.Humans Have Pretty Much Been Like Food In The Market.There Are Few Humans Who Fight Back Along With A Group Of Werewolves Who Call Themselves "The Rebellion" Who Want To Kill The Vampires For Killing Their King.And They Are Willing To Start A War To Do So.

Caelia is capable of an extreme amount of strength, speed, and endurance. Weapons:Katana and two handed sword Fighting Styles:sometimes uses Ti-Justsu but mostly fight with instinct Pic:  Bio:Even though Caelia is a Vampire he sides with the rebellion because he believes in helping the humans and protecting them he is vary defrent from other Vampires in so many ways.
