Yes, dancing in your heads count. I'm really curious who prefers what song to dance to in this subculture. Even if it's not exclusively goth.
My dancey songs are:

MediaclCunt I don't like to dance. I have too much anxiety to do so and enjoy it. I know how ya feel, I used to get that. I used to hate dancing, but when I finally started, it really helped me open up heart

I don't think of "The Howling" by Within Temptation as goth but I did find a way to dance to it the other day. I really don't listen to a lot of goth music but that which I do listen to, I cannot dance to.
I really like mixes though! So if anyone knows of any goth/hip hop mixes please let me know...or if you know any mixers! whee
Right now I'm dancing to:
"Magic Dance" - David Bowie
"Rock Steady" - The Whispers
"You Know My Name" - Chris Cornell (yes the James Bond song sweatdrop )
"Vampire" - Xandria

Really, it's a song by song thing. I think there is some sort of law about not getting up when "Dancing with Myself" comes on. But, when I think about it, most of the music I actually dance to isn't goth. With the exception of the Enjoy the Silence sworddance, but I don't think anything choreographed counts.
Also, David Bowie has such a nice voice. I purr when I hear him. Mmmm.

I don't dance. Except when I'm alone....
All the dances I've ever been to were just assignments (photography), so I was photographing all night and taking advantage of the drinks and snack bar. xd

I love to dance to techno music as well as darker stuff like most of the music off of the Queen of the Damned Soundtrack.
I'll even dance to hip-hop when i'm out partying, I just block out the lyrics and listen to the beat.
