I'm back sadly. I started here at 186, left at 164, and now i'm back at 198. I broke up with my boyfriend last year after I started on here. I was very depressed because I'd moved to a new town and I was all alone now. So I went up to 170. I managed to stay there until spring when I gained another 6lbs. Finally I got myself back together and moved home. Bad choice. I shot up to 198lbs. My parents are enablers.

So I'm back. As an incentive to get thin, wether I make my goal or not. Come A-kon 21, I am going to be attending in a skimpy outfit. Yeah, my butt is working out XD.

no bike crying

Though I did get a good 1 and a half walk out of it. So there's my workout for the day. lol

Food::
Brunch -- two bagels, cream cheese, rasberry chipolte sauce (400 cals)

Snack -- 2 slices of toast (160 cals)

Dinner -- Miso soup w/ tofu (140 cals), Zuc. and Squash, 3 ribs (god only knows crying but they were good)


Work Out ::
1 & 1/2 hours of walking
25 crunches
12 dumbell flies
lay back (30 seconds - oh the pain!!)

Originally my final reward was move to dallas, but I don't know if I really want to wait. Plus since my parents are enablers, I don't think I'd be able to succeed while living there.

huzzah~!

Woke up today, stood on the scale. Oh happy days. 194~! Long walks = love!

Off to walk the dogs.

Food ::
Breakfast -- 1 & 1/2 bagel with peanut butter (protien) and the 1/2 with cream cheese and rasberry sauce. I'm trying to cut back on it I swear. It's just amazing though. crying cheese_whine

lunch/dinner -- went to chili's and had grilled chicken and rice with black beans.

Work out ::
1 & 1/2 hr walk with dogs(much cooler weather then yesterday though)
4 hr walk downtown taking photos

Spent the night at a friend's so no dog walking today.

Food ::
Lunch -- med. pizza, and 6 spanakopitas (spinach and feta cheese)

Dinner -- baked chicken, with steamed veggies, and a tiny bit of stuffing.


Work out ::
Free weights (legs, arms, and chest)
short warm up on the tredmill
crunches.

Mmm black beans.
Black beans are one of my favorite foods,
plus they are one of the lower calorie beans,
and have tons of fiber.

Woot! Woke up today, 2lbs lost. Huzzah! (why do i keep saying huzzah?)

Food ::
Breakfast -- woke up at 12:40 pm

Lunch -- squash and red pepper soup (180 cals), realized that only had 2g of protien so i had two slices of ham (120 cals) for 16g protein, 18 altogether.

snack -- ice cream crying i know i know 300 cals

Dinner -- pizza (good kind!) 300 cals XP

TOTAL -- 900 cals consumed (food) about another 250 in milk. m'm m'm m'm milk, lol

Work out ::
45 minute walk with dogs
25 crunches
stretching

sitting in class right now, pissed because both times i tried to print my photos they had a huge scratch down the center. GRRRR!!!

oh but on a happy note, I lost another two lbs, HUZZAH!

food ::

Breakfast --
raisin bran cereal. I'm an old fart (not really, i'll be 20 in january)

Lunch -- 220 red pepper and tomato soup (yum!) and 60 cals in croutons. (bad i know)

dinner -- chicken tortilla soup (bad bad, but all organic)

Workout ::
35 minute walk with dogs this morning.

Don't have salty meats when you think you need protein.

I carry around about two tablespoons of Hemp Hearts in a ziplock baggie in my purse at all times when I get a protein craving.

But it's good to pay attention to that stuff. Part of the reason we (as humans) will over eat some times is because we've got a protein craving and we try filling it with starches and sugars or cheese or other things.

Edit: Just... you know. Salty meat? Bleh.

Mind you, I'm vegetarian, so I'm all arg and what not about meat ANYWAY, but still.

i know salty meats like ham make you retain water but when it came down to my choices at the time it was a 60 cal slice of ham, or a 190 cal tbsp of peanut butter for the same protien count. so i opted for the ham as the lesser evil you know.

Alright so my body's finally evening out and getting used to being on a diet.

1 lb lost Huzzah!

I am back in the 80's... never thought i'd be happy about that. I'm just happy to be far away from 200. Once I saw 198 on the scale I freaked.

Food ::
Bkfst -- none (woke up at 3ish)

Lunch -- raisin bran (400 with milk)

Dinner -- at like midnight we had wendy's and eggrolls. don't ask.

Workout ::
1 1/2 walk with the dogs.
