I've visited someone close to dying in a hospital but no, I have never seen anyone die before me. I rarely view dead bodies....not that they're sitting on the sidewalk but at funerals.

recently actually. It was my grandfather. They made him as comfortable as possible in the hospital. He wanted the tube out so the docs took it out. Within an hour his heart stopped. I was holding his hand the whole time. crying

I saw a car bomb go off last time I was in Thailand.
That was pretty ummm.....scary I guess.
It didn't really phase me much because car bombs go off a lot in southern Thailand.
I saw a pretty messed up body though.
Made me sick.

To the topic, I'm very grateful that I've only seen one dead body in my life: that of my dead aunt's. I don't think I could bear watching someone die...either by my hands or someone else's.
