Okay so I'm new here.. Hi and stuff.
I was wondering if there are any old-timers out there, like me, who enjoy a good round of fishing? To the point of obsessively collecting hats and masks. And I don't mean just going out and buying a mask, I mean actually working to get one. XD
After all, it took me six months to find enough rubies to put together the mask you see here. (Although the original mask was hacked and this one is a replacement. DX) But anyway! Surely I'm not the only fish guru among us.

I was, but not so much in the last year and a half or so... I used to find myself catching a game or two on my breaks at work.

I got into fishing again recently. The problems with the servers seem to be resolved now, so maybe I can get in a round or two this weekend. I really love fishing and chatting in the fishing rooms. I'm not interested in the hats or anything though. I sell the fish I catch, then go fish for more! Although I can make some gold on a good bucket, it's really more that I just like to fish.
If anyone is running a room and looking for company, feel free to post it. I always feel sorta weird barging into other people's fishing rooms without an invitation, so usually, I end up starting my own room.
On the other hand, if you see a room made by yours truly, stop on by. Usually, I use the Demonic and Grunny servers. My skills aren't that great, so I can fish well in Bass'ken and not very well in Gambino... definitely not enough practice yet to fish in Durem.

The last time I touched a Gaian pond was back in February 2005. After fishing nonstop all month, I burnt out and had no more interest in it. Back then, though, I made all the masks with fish I caught myself.
Although I wish I'd been smart enough to buy a diamondback mask before they got insanely expensive.
Congrats, Pidgeot, on getting enough rares to actually MAKE a mask! I never did catch a rare, not in all my time fishing. *slightly jealous* heart
