Welcome all trainers and breeders alike!
This is a "Free level battle tournament utilizing first level untrained pokemon".
Rules are as follows:
1. Legendaries are banned (basically just Manaphy and Phione are affected by this). Also, Wobbuffet and Shuckle are also banned (Wobbuffet is obvious, Shuckle is banned because of the high defenses at lvl 1).
2. Sleep Clause. You may put no more than one of the opposing pokemon to sleep at a time.
3. Evasion Clause. You may not use Double Team or Minimize.
4. 1 hit KO moves are not allowed. I am including Sonic Boom and Dragon Rage for this tournament.
5. No hold items, including berries.
6. All pokemon must be first level.
7. All battles are free level. That means that if anyone uses a pokemon above level 1. It is glaringly obvious.
8. No second or third stage pokemon allowed, as these cannot possibly be first level.***
9. Break the rules, and you are banned from the tournament.
***The exception to rule 8: A pokemon that evolved without exceeding level 1 is still allowed in the tournament.
For example: An Eevee is evolved using a Thunderstone and becomes Jolteon. Because Jolteon is still level 1, it is still allowed to be used.
Another example: A lvl 1 Porygon is traded holding an Up-grade and becomes Porygon2. Porygon2 is still allowed because it did not level up.***
You may battle anyone who has entered as many times as you want to gain points (of course, the opponent is allowed to decline a battle♪).
♪I don't think I need to say it but I'll say it anyway. If you are the current leader, you cannot decline a challenge.
I will be making a leaderboard, and the monthly leader will recieve a prize (the first prize will be awarded at the end of September).
The prizes will change for every month.
