The August 30th issue. It's a UK magazine so if you don't live there, you can't get it easily. I bought mine at IMS (the International Magazine Store)... if you do live in the UK, I think you can get it wherever they sell magazines? I don't know xp

Panic has been in it more than once before, sometimes they're on the cover and there are like 4-5 page articles about them. So if you're gonna buy it off Ebay I'd suggest looking for one of those issues instead.

Like I know they're featured in the July 28th, 2007 issue and March 1st, 2008 issue. They were featured once in 2006 too but I don't know which issue that was. And then there have been shorter articles like this one a couple times a year...
