I cosplayed Thea before. It was pretty simple, actually. 8D For the monitor head I just used a cardboard box, and painted it with acrylics. To curve the pointed edges of the box, I stuck duct tape on the corners and painted over it too. For the static, I first painted a grey background on the front of the box. Then I flicked near black navy blue paint onto the grey so it would look like white noise. The face I just painted with the same navy blue as the static. Oh, and for the eye holes I cut holes in the slits she has for eyes, then covered the holes with an opaque but see through cloth. To make it stay and not move around on my head, I stuffed the inside with two small pillows. :] Time elapsed was about an hour, not including drying time. XD Now, keep in mind that I'm a cosplay newbie, so you may want to get advice from other people. But it's a really cheap way to make a fairly good cosplay, so uh... yeah. EDIT: Holy crap, I could have seen you at AN if you'd come?! Lolololol, you'd have seen my Thea cosplay if you had. :B EDIT 2: Oooh, and you can find a really good goggle place on Queen Street if you live in/near Toronto. The name escapes me at the moment, but I'll tell you if I remember.

(no taxes ftw.) That would have been like, a paradox or the sign of the apocalypse or something. Thea doesn't get enough love. D': Oooh, and regarding the goggle store, I'm fairly sure that it started with an "m". If you find it, can you tell me the name? XD Seriously, I have the worst memory.
