You can do it! You should be forcing yourself to drink a ton of water though, 2 glasses a day is definately not enough! Water is a great contributer to weight loss, and it helps you feel full too. n_n
as for being disgusted by your body, from what I see all you need is a bit of toning around the middly-bits.
Bicycle crunches are your best friend! Man they will give you abs O_O

Instead of crunchin towards the middle, you bring your elbow across to meet your opposite knee, then switch sides. You kind of get a motion almost like pedalling a bike.
