Been happening for the past couple of days around here I've noticed since i started posting and such again about a week ago.
Strange and disturbing images posted in Forums by a guy who keeps recreating his profile after being banned by Gaia-Ups(Mods and such) and he's probably been banned like 5000 times by now.

Who else has witnessed these disgusting images? I for one can not stand them and they often ruin my brain flow when I'm trying to Rp, it is quite annoying to say the least.

All these images seem to be some kind of ultra sick form or porn, they display very ugly things, people craping, decapitations(which aren't that distrubing because its just like headless bodies and crap).
I can explain it exactly you would have to see it to understand completely.

Meh, I haven't seen them (on gaia anyway, on other places, well...) So all he does is post sick s**t? Can't gaia block
IP's?

IDK. I know that everytime I see it I report it and its gone soon but then like the next day its a new user doing it. Its really freaking stupid.

Hm. But, I thought Gaia can ban IP's. Maybe it is more than one person doing it. I guess you could just stay away from the topic/board, but I doubt that's gonna happen.

I... think I saw one of those. Only it was just the very top part, because my 10-year old brother was in the room, so the second I saw it I had to scroll up.

And I think Gaia can ban IPs, because I entered my password incorrectly once and I got a message saying that if that kept happening they'd ban my IP address.

...Might've been bluffing, though.

IP banning is quite possible.

The only IP banning you will see is when you have repeatedly gotten your password wrong while signing in.

Gaia doesn't do other IP banning because it's much too easy to get around.

On a dynamic IP, such as DSL, yes. Every time you connect via DSL it creates a new IP addy that you use while you're connected to the service.

For those of us that use Cable and *shudder* Dial-up, we have static IPs which, if banned, will no longer be able to access the site. To get around it we'd have to either drop our internet provider and get a new one, or access it from another IP.

And plus, if you shared a computer with a person who also went on Gaia,
they would have to share your punishment.

Yeah, I've seen those. They are really disgusting.
But, I've seen them in the same thread twice, but that's it.
The thread I saw them in was the Line Art Jam , in the picture posts topic.
I was going to report it, but then they were gone. It was really weird.

Well I havn't seen the crpa in a few day so maybe freakin Gaia finally IP banned the idiot or something. Atleast I hope so anyway.
