Hey guys! I never know what to write as my introduction post so... this is my journal! I think from now on I will be more honest about how my weight makes me feel. I've been pretty honest about what I eat and why I eat it but from now on I'll also be using my journal as a place to rant about issues I have with my weight and weight loss. However! I will be ranting in white so you can choose to read it and it won't be forced on anyone. My feelings won't be hurt if no one chooses to read it, I just need to rant more often. whee
I have big plans for my weight loss, but bigger plans for a healthy lifestyle. I'll be filling in these sections as I learn more.
