I loved this movie to bits! Pssh...and I was worried it would screw up the musical. It was very well done, I beleive.

Not really sure about this one. I love Johnny Depp but his singing was weird. I'd have preferred a strsight storyline.

personally, i loved the bbc drama version (look it up sometime) wheareas this version was, in my opinion, lackluster. Jonny depp ruined this in the same way that he ruined charlie and the chocolate factory

I LOVED this movie soo much heart normally i cant stand singing in movies, and tbh there was prob a bit too much of it but i still enjoyed the film, espesh the end =D I like Johnny Depp he adds a certain something and i think he fit the part well However i agree that in the charlie and the chocolate factory he ruined it and im scared to watch it cause he creeps me out too much =[

OMG thats 100% what happened then i went to see the movie!! I loved Sweeney Todd i thought it was a great movie, well done in every way but my sister couldn't stand the singing. All she wanted was for Johnny to stop singing and get on with killing people, lol she's a BIG Horror fan.

It was a good movie, but i must say I prefer the stage play. It also anoyed me because my mom wouldnt stop talking all through the movie. scream Like at the part where he allmost kills his daughter. My mom was like "Nooo thats your daughter" blah blah blah. lol i had to pause it till she stopped.
