Well today was not so bad I ate quite a bit but all veggies and fruit...to cover my sweet cravings I just have a couple of semi sweet chips. If you eat them one at a time it isn't so bad....or at least it's better than having a whole chocolate bar. LOL! I work at a gym which is so sad because I don't feel like working out the majority of the time. I have gotten in the habit of packing a pair of sweats though, so should I suddenly find the motivation to jump on the elliptical I can. Today that didn't happen, but I did play games with the baby today and lugging her around is like carrying a sack of flour so it's accumulated resistance training. At least my legs and back are tired. Yeah! And that was today.
