Why do i even bother to try and look for a guy
One comes along who i think something might happen with
No he pretty much says he likes me to make me feel happy
When all he was doing was waiting for another girl to become single again
I have absolutely no qualities anyone would like
Guy or girl
So i pretty much give up on being happy
thanks for letting me vent
And i know you probably think this is annoying
but i like to write when i am sad or angry

Don't be stupid.
The word "pretty" depends on the point of view.
You lack confidence, is what it sounds like.

trust me, if they only use you to get to another person, then they aren't worth it.... and just wait, someone will come and be the right one...

I like how people say "Don't worry, you will find the right one" as if they can predict the future. The truth of the matter is, you're going to find someone you're willing to settle for, not someone who meets all your standards and more. It's the same for everyone, hell, I had to get over the fact that there might be someone here locally before I decided to claim Lili as my boyfriend. You'll never find someone who's perfect, and it's never in a perfect situation.

A lot of people, not just guys, anyone, prefer to stay single until more people they know of are single, it's the thick-herd-to-hunt mindset, more chances, better odds of finding someone who'd want you, etc. And I suppose the real eye-for-an-eye way to solve your problem would be to follow that policy, and get close to more than one guy, and then have them all prepped and ready for you to take your pick. So what if they're waiting on another girl? Become better than that other girl, if you really think the guy is worth it. I personally don't think anyone is worth competing over to win their heart, either you're what they want or you're not, competition is stupid and won't change anything permanently, only temporarily.

You need a backbone, that's what, and you need to learn how to survive without a boyfriend. Believe it, it's not entirely impossible to keep living if you don't have a boyfriend, as a matter of fact, some say it's easier to live without an albatross about their necks.

She is looking, which is confidence.
Mind you other people,
Girls have hormones,
And they will wish to be with someone,
She isn't looking for perfection most likely,
She wants a guy that will go far with her,
That it is the real deal
Here is something to know,
When you are in college,
There are a lot more guys.
But my advice is don't be strangers that just see each other,
Befriend the guys.
See how they are,
Get to know them.
And though the guys are with you till they lookf or another single,
Don't try and get personal with them,
Sure it is nice to be there
With someone you believe could be it,
But just hang out with them and get to know them.
Expand your oppurtunities, experience every other thing.
You have to trust yourself, before you can trust that signifigant someone.
