It took awhile to get used to the new characters, but yes, I do like Voyager. Not as much as DS9 or TNG.

I watched Voyager faithfully for the first several seasons. During the last one however, my interest started to wane alot. I still watched it on a pretty regular basis (Maybe every 2 out of three episodes) but I don't think it'll ever get the same amount of love from me as TOS, TNG, or DS9 got. I feel like a horrible fan for saying it, but it just wasn't as important to me. I still loved the characters (Neelix and The Doctor especially) but I think it's my least favorite series, next to Enterprise.

I watched Voyage the most a few years ago, because it was on at a convenient time.
It had a lot of great things in there, like more Borg, new species, etc.

It had a lot of bad things as well... like Chakotay's boxing delusions. "I can take 'im Boothby!!"
Then those Harry Kim romance episodes...
And who can forget Tuvok's ponthar?

I think overall the good wins out, but Voyager had many moments that just me shudder.

Voyager is uhm, Well okay I enjoy Janeway most. But as far as the series goes, I will say that TNG was a stronger series.

I could honestly debate myself forever on this one.
