For a few weeks I started with eating 5 times a day.... Healthy breakfast, small fruit or veggie snack, healthy lunch small fruit or snack, healthy dinner.
And once I did that I switched to 3 meals a week and no matter what i ate
1. I was losing weight 2. I was more active 3. I actually wasn't depressed.
Which 3 is a hard thing for me since I'm a single mother, living with my mother. I can't drive b/c I don't have a licens, I have a car but it needs to be fixed.
But still... I gave up on keeping track on how much weight i lost... all i know is it's a lot... lol I mean I was 215 (size 1 cool and i'm only 5ft 4. My goal was 185 (a size 14) pounds since in high school tha'ts how much i weigh and last time I checked i was 165 (a size 12, small one) pounds.
So I just decided to just see how much weight i lose till I think hey it's a good weight and stop there.
Weird thing... I might actually be one of those who fit their.... coughcoughBMIcoughcough
I don't know, and If i'm not that's cool by me, I just want to be able to look in the mirror and say hey, I'm not fat.
don't worry with me 1. i love food 2. i hate taking pills 3. i hate other ways to make you lose weight quickly.

that is odd, but cool mrgreen people have told me lots of conflicting things about snacking- i definately should, and i should avoid it at all costs! I guess its just what works for you. I find that i like to eat, so by snacking I tend to eat, and eat, and eat and it all adds up >.< So now im trying to just snack if I am actually hungry, adn not just for the sake of snacking. This works better for me than actually thinking "right, i have to have 5 meals today no matter what"
congrats on your weightloss too, that is truely awesome 3nodding very inspiring

Wait a second, I'm not quite certain about how you're going about this. Did you say eating 3 meals a week? Is that all you're eating? I just wanted to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding. If so, then that's a dangerous path to go down.
