of Jumping jacks to do a day? Sit ups? Push ups?
and any other kind of activity in that nature to do a day?
I really have no clue what a good number a day would be/
Also what would be better rotating eaching day doing one alot or less of all activites a day?

Sit ups and pushups generally do more harm then good, as they can strain the back and shoulders.
Jumping jacks? As many as you can!
You need atleast 30 solid minutes fo some sort of exercise every day.
Only rotate days if you;re weightlifting, as muscle needs time to strengthen and repair, but Cardio is an every day thing

Crunches would probably be better than sit-ups.
Push-ups aren't great; bench press is better. Push-ups can shorten and toughen the wrist muscles instead of letting them lengthen and become flexible. Gymnasts, percussion players, pianists, violinists and other stringed instrument players... avoid push-ups!
