You're learning fairly well in the anime and manga styles, but I can tell by the lack of hands that you're uncomfortable with them. That's fine biggrin Every artist is, no matter how experienced they may be. The difficulty with hands is that they show a good deal about the character: the older the character, the older looking the hands. The stronger, the thicker. They weaker, the more feminine.
Anime hands are merely a simplification of normal human hands. As you are hopefully attached to a good functioning pair of them, I suggest take a good look at them while drawing. They make an excellent reference for any artist no matter what level they're skill may be. Once you get good at these hands, anime hands should become a great deal simpler. For instance, manga hands don't have the wrinkles or freckles that actual hands have. So in this case, practice does improve.
If you would like to look at some finished references here are a few drawings I made as a hand reference tutorial:

However, don't be like me and do them in History class kay? wink Need to be a good example here....

As JettaKD said, hands are possibly the most difficult thing to master, right up there with eyes. However, for practice, you could try taking a single page, and practice drawing your hands in as many different poses as you can think of while useing your own hand for reference. Then you can get a feel for how they move and what poses can be used. After drawing a human hand, anime hands will seem much much much easier, not so easy you still won't agonize over them, but easier.
