I've seen a few, and I think some of the ways they've anthropomorphized the robots are very creative.. but.. I can't really judge because I've never seen any actual Transformers stuff.

My friends LOVE transformers slash. They're like "OMG THEY'RE ALL GAY FOR BUMBLEBEE! HE'S AN UBER UKE!" and they called the battle between Megatron and Optimus Prime "Battle of the semes" and they're fighting over Bumblebee... xD It IS pretty canon though.
Heh.
And I love transformers. :3

hm, You know, I came across a picture, while checking my msgs in DA , that had Optimus and Bumblebee in it. It looked more to be a shōnen-ai type of picture than anything else. 4laugh
The artist drew them human like form instead, it's just so cute you completely forget that they're supposed to be robots.
I have yet to see yaoi of them but I'm pretty sure my first reaction will be to frown and look away--but curiosity always gets me to go back T^T

Transformer's slash actually makes a lot of sense to me. I mean this in terms of relationships because I can't begin to fathom how sex works between two robots. Nor do I care to find out. They obviously have emotions and feelings (they mourn their dead and form deep friendships), which is the utmost importance in a relationship.

I thought Sam and Bumblebee were pretty much in love with each other.
