Oh. It wasn't rude. My bad! sweatdrop But If I may make a suggestion, you should put a rule, asking them to write something specific in their join request, to ensure they've read the rules. Like "Write 'werewolf transmutation' in your join request" or, 'DANIELLE BROOKS IS THE BEST ALCHEMIST IN ALL OF AMESTRIS' or something along those lines...
I like the second one.
