I know that christmas is a week away but don't go wild and don't feel bad. You are allowed to eat the pie, you are allowed to eat that turkey. Just remember, this is once a year to be with family and to enjoy yourself. Have fun.

I´ve been behaving myself lately, so I´m hoping I can continue being good about what I eat over the next few weeks. I think I should alright, though, because I´ll be finished with my period before I go home, so that´ll cut cravings out and will help a looot.
My mom and sister have promised to exercise with me, so that´ll be awesome, too. heart

Remember the difference between a small taste of pie, a small piece of pie, and an entire freakin' pie.
Christmas only happens once a year, but there are other holidays. Depending on what country you live in and what religion you practice (if any), you could be celebrating one to two national or religious holidays every single month. How often is it acceptable to completely blow your healthy eating plan?
One pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, one slice of cheesecake, one double-bacon-cheeseburger with fries. What do they have in common? Each one will take three hours of vigorous exercise to work off. Think about how hard you want to work. Think about how you want to feel on January first, and how you want to look, and how much weight you want to gain... or lose.
Yes, eat those holiday foods. But eat them in healthy amounts.
