About me: Um.. i'm 16 now and weigh in the 140s and i'm asian. (i say that because i think that asians are supposed to weigh less than other races just cause of the frame most asians share) i was weighed around the same weight in freshman year but then over that summer i lost around 20 pounds and was 124lbs and happy. then another summer came and i gained everything back and my pants don't fit and i just don't feel comfortable in my own skin. razz

weird baked chips: 240

roasted cashews with the sugar and honey yum

Ways I can save calories for tomorrow
no cashews (really high in calories plus i can shove like a million of them into my mouth at once)
no more weird delicious chips
less dumplings (one serving is only supposed to be 6 dumplings)
no instant noodles (i was just trying them and they tasted bad...)
nix on the potatoes
